Hispanic Studies in the Romance Languages & Literature Department.
Were you involved with any food or wine activities while a student?
While a student, I was mostly involved with athletics (Varsity Soccer) and study abroad programs (Spain & Argentina). I wish I had been more interested in wine and food back then.
Do you think that Harvard has prepared you for a career in food and wine or hospitality in general? If so, how?
The beverage alcohol industry’s unique three tier system makes online sales challenging and complex. My time at Harvard helped me develop analytical problem solving and creative thinking skills- both of which I use in day-to-day operations and long term strategy as we work to build the e-commerce rails of today’s beverage alcohol industry.
